Phase equilibria in the quasi-ternary system HgSeGa2Se3Bi2Se3

The phase equilibria in the quasi-ternary system HgSeGa2Se3Bi2Se3 were investigated by differential thermal analysis and X-ray diffraction. No quaternary phases were found in the system. The isothermal section of the system at 670 K, part of the section at 520 K, and the liquidus surface projection were constructed. The nature and temperature of the mono- and invariant processes were established.
